JRM server is down or inaccessible for this user

Unanswered Question

I have a strange problem with ciscoworks. Everything was running fine till today morning. I had found certain issues with ciscoworks

1. In common services

JRM server is down or inaccessible for this user

Down Processes :

MACUHIC, CTMJrmServer, DFMCTMStartup, DataPurge

I have collected certain log files.

D:\Program Files\CSCOpx\bin>pdshow CTMJrmServer

Process= CTMJrmServer

State = Administrator has shut down this server

Pid = 0

RC = 0

Signo = 0

Start = 12/3/2008 10:33:55 AM

Stop = 12/3/2008 10:36:56 AM

State = Running with busy flag set

RC = 0

Signo = 0

Start = 12/3/2008 10:37:13 AM

Stop = Not applicable

I tried to restart the process it starts and runs for 3 minute and then stops automatically stating shutdown by administrator

Can somebody throw some light on this issue

Please post the CTMJrmServer.log and the macuhic.log. Was the hostname of this server changed after installing LMS?
