Is there any way to modify the formatting of the Enterprise Data fields. Basically I want to call attention to a priority call by either changing the color of that line, popping up another window, or something to that effect.
I already have a 'Call Type' enterprise data line that says 'Priority' or 'Normal' based on script settings
You can't modify the display of the Enterprise Data within CAD; however, you could create a workflow action to get the agent's attention.
I would create it on the ringing event for this type of scenario.
