just create a third vlan
config
vlan 3
name ISP
put one or more ports in this vlan
then if you want to use the switch to route between internal lans and ISP VLan
you need to create an SVI
interface vlan3
ip address one of ISP subnet
! no shut
no shut
notice if instead you need to use the ports as L2 switch you can do it there is no problem in this:
you can use the L3 features in some vlans and not in other ones this is left to your choice
Note:
It would be wise to hide the public addresses
I would suggest you to edit your post
