But I have another problem the version of the phone 7960 SIP is:

Boot Load ID : PC030301

DSP Load ID : PS03AT38

And the procedure described in the link:

Dont work to reset to default the phone

and the Password cisco, dont work in the Menu "Unlock Config", How I can reset to default this phone?
