We have a team of users who take orders for our products. We are using CCM6.1 with Unity 5.0. They all share the same DN and thus all have access to their voicemail box.

Problem is that sometimes one of them will be logged in to the voicemail system over the phone and listening to the messages. While this user is writing down the orders, another user may login to the voicemail system via a different phone at the same time and taking down the order twice.

Is there a way to limit access to voicemail to only one concurrent user at a time?
