No Audio with Presence (UPC) calls

I am not able to resolve audio issues when making a call with UPC from remote sites via VPN or on-network connections; sometimes it works other times not. We use ASA5521's and I removed the inspect sip, inspect h323 h225, and inspect h323 ras cmds. I also did the h323-gateway voip bind srcadd (on my 2811)to my voice interface but it still doesn't work. Has anyone experienced this b4?
