3750 lost VLAN database

Hello

Wondering if anybody ever seen the VLAN database just disappearing on a 3750 stack. The config on the switch did not change, the VLAN database was just empty. The fix was to recreate all the VLAN's manually in the VLAN Database from scratch. I have no idea what could have caused this as no changes were done on the switch configuration. Any ideas what could have caused this would be appreciated, since I am now scared it could happen again, caused lots of downtime.

Please send us more details, in particular:

- VTP mode

- IOS version

- logs

Hi.... Sorry I know this was a wile back.  Did you ever get to a resolution?

I have just seen exact issue on a 3 member 3750X-48P stack (12.2(55)SE3).  Not  very confidence building!
