CIPC problem with corporate directory

I have a problem ,my cisco ip communicator cannot connect to "Corporate

Directory" and stuck in requesting status.

Any ideas?

I have this problem too.

is this CIPC connecting over a VPN? if so, you need to make sure you can access both the data and voice vlans in your router from the computer the CIPC is installed in...

If my assumption is right, you should not be able to access the 'services' section of the phone either.
