Hi all.
I connect remote office via dlc modem and cisco 851 router and can't limiting bandwich on WAN (FastEthernet4) interface.
I use following config for FastEthernet4:
!
interface FastEthernet4
description $FW_OUTSIDE$$ES_WAN$
bandwidth 320
ip address 192.168.0.251 255.255.255.0
no ip redirects
no ip unreachables
no ip proxy-arp
rate-limit input 312000 8000 8000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop
rate-limit output 312000 8000 8000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop
ip route-cache flow
duplex auto
speed auto
end
But, rate-limit command not working properly.
May be Cisco 851 router not support this feature?

Check your IOS version.
It looks like the 12.3 and 12.4(6)T6 versions and earlier don't support the rate limit feature but the 12.4(9)T3 versions and later do.

My version IOS - Cisco IOS Software, C850 Software (C850-ADVSECURITYK9-M), Version 12.4(15)T6, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)
rate-limit command is available on my Cisco 851. But I don't see any changes in bandwidth limiting.
I measure bandwidth via iperf utilities before and after enabling rate-limit on FastEthernet4 port.
