Inbound calls ring busy

I have a DN that was moved from my UCM 6.0 cluster to my CCM 4.1 cluster. Now when calls are placed to the DN they ring busy. There are other DNs in the same numerical range on the 4.1 cluster. I also have a route pattern to send DN to DN inter-cluster calls out the inter-cluster trunk.

Make sure the DN has a partition that is can be reached by the Calling Search Space assigned to the trunk.

I am able to make calls to this DN from other phones on the 4.1 server. I did check the CSS as you recommended and it is in the same CSS as the other phone on the 4.1 server.

I was able to solve the issue. On the UCM 6.0 server I had to add the DN and place it in a CSS that other DNs of the same range are in. Then I had to list the DN as inactive.
