IPMA on CCM 5.1 - Manager cant intercept calls

Got some Managers who can 'Intercept' calls and some who can't! Setup same on both. Also the Assistants screen doesn't update when Manager goes back on-hook.

Any clues?

Make sure user needs to be configured as a manager in the global directory.

Assistant Console Displays Error: Cisco IPMA Service Unreachable.

Cisco IPMA service may be stopped.

Start the Cisco Tomcat NT service by using the following procedure.

Step1 From the Start menu, choose Start > Programs > Administration Tools > Services

Step 2 Right-click the Cisco Tomcat NT service.

Step 3 Click Start.

Step 4 Click Yes.
