I want to block port 1433 for internet users which are using tcp/udp.
so how can i protect my server to outside internet user .
I want to internet user have only read only permission .I am useing for that 1800 and 2600 cisco router.

You can block port 1433 via an access-list, but this will block it completely. If you want to secure the server insall all patches and set up permission correctly on the server itself, an ACL or firewall cannot affect permissions on a server.

Any other solution through which i can grant only read only access for out side or web users.

You can only control read/write permissions on the server, not in the network.
