I know how to customize ringtones on a hard phone, but how do you customize them on CUPC?

Hi Doug,
You can edit the tone with wav file directly from CUPC installation folder:
C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\Cisco Unified Personal Communicator\resources\1033\tones
