CDR Issue

Unanswered Question

Hello,

we have the problem that the CDR's remain on the subsriber and doesn't get copied to the publisher. Due to my knowledge this is the task of the "cisco database monitor service". If i copy the files manually to the publisher, they get inserted into Database via "CDR Insert".

Cisco Database Layer Monitor is running on both servers. CDR Insert and Cisco CDR Analysis and Reporting Scheduler are running only on the publisher. The enterprise parameters a set to the following values:

CDR File Time Interval (min) = 1

CDR Format = CDRs will be inserted into database

CDR UNC Path = \\<ip address of pub>\CDR

Local CDR Path = C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetail

CCM Version is 4.1.3

restarting the services doesn't change anything

any ideas?

I have this problem too.

Paul:

Also check if you don't have any replication issues.

You can check that with the DBLHELPER tool, if all faces are in green then replication it's just fine.

Then proceed with the adminutility and see if pwd sync is good if not then sync the pwd's, just be aware that pwd syn should be running after hours, because services will go down.

ADMINUTILITY must be running on the PUBLISHER.
