IPCCX - CRS 5.0(2): no db_cra user, unable to login reporting tool

Dear all,

When trying to login in the reporting tool we get an access error, the user seems not to be in the db.

We hace checked that what is missing in the db_cra database is the db_cra user, not the historical reporting user.

How can we restore the db_cra user in order to get everything working again?

How could we know why/how this user has dissapeared?

Hi Amaia,

Could you pls specify your version of IPCCX. Also, in the user management menu, there is option to sell user for historical reporting, IVR and ACD. You give right to user to access historical reporting. The login name and password you setup in CCM.

The IPCCX version is 5.0(2).

Right now no user can login into the historical reporting tool , but they have been able until now (they have the rights that you mention).

The problem seems to be that in the db_cra database the db_cra user has dissapeared. But I don't now why neither how to recreate it.

If you are using SQL Server, verify that database authentication is 'Windows Only'.
