can not hear prompt from external on CRS 5.02

Unanswered Question

I have CCM 6.12 and CRS 5.02 running together,my IVR application works well when use IP phone to dial extension number of the CTI route point,I can hear prompt and can transfer calls.But when I tried to call this RP number from outside of my gateway(PRI---gateway--CCM--CRS),call could be connected but I could not hear the prompt.The .wav file did not be placed.As checked,gateway is using G711ulaw in dial-peer to CCM,have no idea where the problem is.

Any suggestion and helps are appreciated.
