Hi,

Our CU is using IP trunk from service provider to make ISD calls which is terminated on our cisco router. We have configured this as H323 gateway in CUCM 6.1 and IP-IP gateway on this router. Refer to attachment for more deatils.

We are facing issue while user press hold,conference softkeys. This means we are unable to use supplementary services. We have done following troubleshooting so far,

- Configured IOS Enhanced MTP resources on router and added the same in MRGL used by devices.

- Checked "MTP Required" checkbox on H323 gateway configuration page.

Kindly help us to troubleshoot this.
