UC500 CUE Upgrade

I need to upgrade a UC500 CUE to latest version. I have installed CCA 1.8 The CCA has an upgrade function by either dragging and dropping or using the window option to select files.

Question:

1. Has anyone upgraded a UC500 CUE

2. Is using the CCA the preferred method for doing this?

3. Other options I have seen include setting up an FTP server, is that necessary?

4. Anyone have a step-by-step for doing this?

You should use CCA for the full UC520 upgrade, as this is the recommended upgrade path for the UC520. I'm not sure if you can upgrade using the 520 package any other way.

Make sure you download whatever the latest CCA version is, as that can be very important.
