Hello, i encounter a problem with SOAP when i try to retrieve CDR with an external billing software.
- CUCM 5.1(3)d
- Service activated on running
When we look at "http://@CUCM/realtimeservice" > "SOAP Monitor", we see the following error:
"The SOAP monitor is unable to communicate with the server" (cf. attached screenshot)
I tried this command in CLI and saw the following result:
admin:utils soap realtimeservice test 172.20.2.123 USERNAME PASSWORD

I have made a clusterwide reboot but the issue is the same.
Any help would be appreciated !
