Multiple Calls barging in to single line

We have a fairly unique problem on a geographically large site. We have our own emergency services (fire and Ambulance) and we are trying to replace the emergency services phone functions.

Currently they have the ability where up to 5 calls can be made to the emergency number "3333" . The first call is answered manually and th following 4 calls are automatically answered and efectively conerenced together without any intervention. Does any one out there know if we can do this with call manager.

In Cisco CallManager release 4.0, multiple calls can exist on the same line. (Depending on the phone model, some phones can display up to 200 calls on a single line. The user scrolls to view each call.) This capability eliminates the need to create multiple instances of the same directory number in different partitions to allow users to share a line and still be able to receive and place multiple calls out of the same line. To easily manage more than one call on the line and to view calling name and number of the calls on the line, a new user-interaction model exists on the phone display.
