I have a MCS7835H2 appliance that I booted and the UCM6 install has started. I want to do a factory restore on this so it is in original "out the box" condition. Is there a way I can do this ?
Sure; use your UCM6 install disc and run the install again. When it asks if you want to perform initial config, select no and power the system off once it cleanly shuts down. This is the state Cisco ships it to you in.
