Hello Kristian,
>> *Dec 8 07:58:03: ISIS-Adj: Duplicate system id
Verify the IS-IS system-id of all three devices involved in vlan 120.
The system-id have to be different and unique in the IS-IS domain.
Another possibility is that some other device is sending back ASR's own hellos so it complains about duplicated IS-IS ID.
Hope to help

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
The ISIS system ID is unique.
I`m starting to think there might be a problem running ISIS over etherchannel...
I tried to look for an configuration example on this but couldn't find anything. I might have to check with cisco if ISIS over etherchannel is supported.

Hello Kristian,
I don't know if it is supported on ASR 1000 but we use IS-IS and on bundles of GE ports with C6500 it is supported, actually our etherchannels are L2 trunks and the IS-IS configuration is issued in the SVI Vlans.
if the system ids are unique the only chance is that someone is bridging traffic of the two vlans so that your ASR is receiving on vlan x its own hellos sent out vlan y.
Hope to help
Giuseppe
