I'm trying to use Campus Manager 5.1.1 and topology service for drawings. I'm having issue when I'm downloading to visio drawings where all the links are stacked on each other. Is there a way to separate these links without having to do this for each one in Visio?
This is a known problem, and is documented in the release notes (CSCdt18293). Essentially, you should only export a small portion of the topology to Visio, but you will still have to do manual cleanup in Visio after the export is done.
The issue is not TAC's to correct. Development has noted the problem exists, and has no plans to fix it. This is why it is documented in the release notes for Campus Manager 5.1.
