Upgraded from CCM 3.3 to CCM 6.1. After the upgrade, users are unable to access Fastdials and Address Book from their phone. They receive an HTTP 404 error on the phone itself. I have updated the subscriptions with the current PIN. Ideas?

both services are now embedded under the directories button of the phones. there is no need for a separate service

So if they are now embedded, where can I put the username and password inline so the user doesn't have to login?

I have tried this procedure on a CUCM 7.0.1.11000-2, and cannot get the authentication to work. Anybody else have any luck with this bugfix?
