I set this up once, but now I can't remember. We used to have an option 5*XXXX if dialed with the XXXX being the user's ext, it would send the caller automatically to voicemail greeting of the person. I can't remember how to set this up.

I don't think so, if I had a call for someone and I knew they didn't want to take the call I could simply dial 5*1980 and the caller would be transfered to 1980 opening greeting.
