Does anybody know how to get in touch with Cisco Press in order to get support with some e-books I have purchased last year. I can't open them since changing to a new laptop. I know I need to authorize the new laptop somehow but have no idea how to do it. When I try opening the file it redirects me to an adobe Digital Edition site. I installed the digital edition package. I then tried to login ( I have no idea which login I am supposed to use and so I created a new one) then I have no idea what to do next .. tried to call pearson .. they have no clue as they only deal with books (not e-books) .. any ideas how to get to CiscoPress support Directly would be much appreciated.
