Background Image Selection works on IP Communicator not the 7941 and 7961. I get the Selection Unavailable on 7941 and 7961.

Hi Edil,
The size is different for 7941/61 - Desktops/320x196x4
So these must be configured properly.
Here is the information you need to customize the background image for 7941's and 7961's;
Cisco Unified IP Phone Administration Guide for Cisco Unified CallManager 5.0 (SCCP), Cisco IP Phone 7961G/7961G-GE and 7941G/7941G-GE
Customizing the Cisco Unified IP Phone
From this doc;
Hope this helps!

Thanks Rob, this did indeed help, it doesn't tell you, you have to do one for each phone type, now I know, so If I add a 7971, 7962 etc, I have to get the sizes for those or are they pretty much the same?
