Router AAA ISSUE with ACS

Hello All,

I am attempting to use ACS for manage my User accounts for my router however. it seems that when try to go the radius tab in ACS and input the device security key the webpage does not recognize the key I have typed. it keeps saying something like key can not be blank. The Tacacs option works fine though. Has anyone else had this issue??? HELP!!!!

I've had this many times. I seem to find this most often from the newer versions of java running on Firefox. I usually have better luck with IE for ACS administration but if you cannot get this to work at all, then my failsafe is to remote desktop to the acs box and launch the admin page from itself.

I did notice that yesterday there was a Java update that seems to have fixed my firefox issue. Maybe try updating java.
