error message in CLI with CUCM 6.1.2 and 5.1.3

Hello I needo to know how to resolve this issue:

I get the nex message in CLI whe I do recovery password over CLI

The following error message is printed to the console:

"ide-scsi: hda: unsupported command in request queue (0)"

also I get sr0: CDROM (ioctl) reports ILEGAL REQUEST

please insert any valid CD/DVD Media

within 6.1.2.

Any can help me?
