unable to call from ip phone to analog phone

My cisco call manger version 5.1 is working with MGCP and my pbx working with H.323, how can I migrate with them, cisco gateway (2821) is between their, problem is that I can call form analog phone to ip phone but I unable to call ip to analog.

What will be the problem?

Can you post show version and show run from router/voice gateway which the analog phone connects?
