CCX VOIP Monitor not working

I have a CallManager Express v4.2 and a CCX v5.0(2) build64, I trying to use the 2nd NIC from the CCX , to record calls, but I'm having problems with the Voip Monitor service. I will appreciate any help about this issue.

I have this problem too.
