I've searched the NetPro forums for this one, but can't seem to find it. I've got a customer who doesn't see the missed calls on any of their phones. It's like the directory functionality isn't working. Has anyone run into this before? I've not see it before so it's definitely something new for me.
If these are Overlay lines you may be hitting this bug;

Missed calls not reported.
When a DN has overlays configured, any unanswered calls to that particular DN are not reported as Missed calls.
Remove overlays from the DN in the configuration Status
