Unity after intallation issue

Good day!

I have installed Unity 4.0.5, no error occured during installation after this unity not starting - error number 0x8004330E (connection could n't established with Unity database). SQL server is started and working fine. When I look with enterprise manager occured that theres is no UnityDB at SQL.

This is my first time when I'm installing unity. So my question is UnityDB must be created manualy or automatic during installation and how to fix this?

unityDB should have been created during the install, if this is a new deployment i'd suggest reinstall from scratch
