RightFax - receive failure (phase B)

Hi all,

We have a RightFax server configured and I can send the fax now. (using SR140, h323 GW configured point to voice gateway), but in the Fax Util, the fax is displayed as Sending Error and the history shows this message: "Resulting status code (0/339; 4/54): Receive failure (Phase B)"

Pls explain this and show me how to configure the server and the GW.

Is it just sending that you are receiving errors or receiving also?

What version of RightFax are you running?

I'd like to know his IOS version, etc.

fax-relay sg3-to-g3 is the default for 12.4.24T/3845 as my customer. However I'm seeing this in the rightfax 9.4 1.40.70 logs as well.

On your cisco IOS gateways, try configuring this command:

voice service voip

fax-relay sg3-to-g3

At this time, fax relay does not support Super-G3 fax speeds.

Did Nick's suggestion for sg3-to-g3 fix the problem? Have a similar issue where RightFax fails with PhaseB message.
