adding callresult to the database

little question ..

it should be possible in cisco to make a popup after the user hangs up the telephone call.. the user should enter some informatie (like call result etc). That info should be written to the sql database..

i need some informatie about this cisco option ..

i guess i should use CDA for this .. 2 more questions.

1. does CDA create a agent.ini file .. and that file should be placed on the right location for using it with CAD?

2. to what format is the information written too? is it written to a simple .txt file?
