Hi Shaun, when you show dial-peer voice summary, what is the status of the dial-peer 114? Up or Down?

What I have noticed is that the trunk group label that you have assigned does not have any active voice-ports. Therefore I suspect that it is down.

Should the trunkgroup label be 'trunkgroup Local' and NOT 'trunkgroup local'?

local should have been Local. It is case sensitive.
