PBR in a switch 3500 series to 600 Megas of traffic

Hi.

Somebody knows if the swich 3500 series can manage a traffic of 600 Mbps by PBR?

Hello,

I do think so because PBR can be implemented in the TCAM cable so it is part of multilayer switching.

The TCAM has a field for action/nexthop and PBR means changing that parameter.

For example I did tests with fallback bridging with the same amount of traffic and cpu usage was steadily low.
