UT.bat cant'be launched in LMS2.6. When the server has been restarted , it works fine.

After reading the documentation "Diagnose ", we should increase the heap size, for reapair that, but how can we see the actual size set up ? and what is the max value ?

I have this problem too.

It has been launched directly from the command windows under this way:

c:\Program Files\CSCOpx\Campus\bin\ut.bat

Sorry, I missed the reply. ut.bat can only be run with the -cli argument. Try:

ut.bat -cli

That will give you the additional arguments you must specify to export UT data.

We found workarounds for running well the UT.BAt.

I fact, we have decreased max the heap size of the java applet by the half.

- The second could be to reload a new java server in the LMS CISCOWORKS ( the version 1.6 ) and the 1.0_15 in the client. LMS 3.01 accept it.I have made a test of this, in our lab and it was ok.

The major problem is this applet is not necessarily compliant with all applications runing on a client.

It's running now.
