Hi,
My company is in the process of deploying a UCCE with CVP solution with several remote sites. I understand the calls can be recorded via CAD but recorded calls are stored centrally at the core. Is it possible to record and store these calls locally with CAD? If it is possible, roughly how much work is required in order to achieve it.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello
The recorded msg are store on the server.
You can visualize the recorded msg via CAD and save them to your PC (clic on the icon)
I don't know automatic way to record on your PC directly.
Best regard, hope it helps

You can also use supervisor destop to listen and store, on a network drive.
