What are you wanting Unity to do, when it is unable to communicate with exchange? Not answer any calls? Without UMR, you are unable to leave or retrieve any messages, while Exhange is down.
my customer want that when Exchange is down, Unity doesn't archive/retrieve any messages.
he prefere that during an exchange fault unity advice that it's impossible to leave a message.
