locked out of 3560 due to 802.1x

co-worker states he is not able to access a 3560 switch (remotely or locally) after it was configured with 802.1x.

Aren't there some white papes out there about this?

If you enabled a backup login method, shut down the services on ACS and see if you can get in that way. Beyond that, you'll need to do a password reset on the box.
