Scenario:
1. User 1 forwards their desk phone to their home phone.
2. User 2 uses their desk phone to call User 1 on their desk phone.
Problem:
- User 2 sees (on their desk phone) the home phone number of User 1.
Is there any way the CM can control or hide the home phone number of user 1?

sorry, should have mention that my CM version is 4.1.
it is configrued on the GW router? Pls. enlighten me?

Didn't see the CM there, this is a CME command. Not sure how to do it in CM 4.1

You need to set the Always Display Original Dialed Number service parameter (under the CallManager service) to True.
