Hi,
I have configured two Cisco 7911 phones with the same DN (e.g 7132) and they are in the same office. When one of the employer will take the call and know that other employer will do the better job he nedd to hung up and to ask to call again because he can not transfer the call to other phone (with sipmle transfer procedure). Any ideas how to solve this?

The problem here is that the 7911 is only a single line phone so it is not possible to configure a second-line appearance so that you can transfer the call to.
The way around this would be to configure a call park DN, and park the calling party on the DN and then hangup. The other person can then retrieve the call by dialing the callpark DN.
Hope this helps.
Allan.

Why don`t you create a Hunt Pilot with the same DN and assign two "dummy" numbers to the phones allowing them to transfer calls between them ?
