hi all

situation:

In a 2-node cluster , node A is the publisher and node B is the subscriber.

Node A goes down node B takes his place.

Till now everthing is ok the cluster is working as i was expecting ,appadmin,CAD ,CSD ar working just fine, the services are up and running.

Question:

If I restart node B and node A is still down ,the appadmin ,CAD ,CSD do not function,the service are down, it's like the node B can't function by itself.

Does anyone have an explanation?

Jtapi user and resource manager configured in CRS is controlled in CUCM. If CUCM is down, you wont be able to log into CAD, CSD and IPCC Admin. Assume you are using CUCM 6.X and IPCC5X.

yes but the situation was

CUCM ------> NOD A and NOD B

everting ok

CUCM ------> NODE B

everthing ok

CUCM ------> NODE B

CUCM up

appadmin , CAD , CSD not working

I didn't get you, how many IPCCX servers & CUCM servers?

Are you trying to restart IPCCX or CUCM servers?

Cluster of 2 IPCCX server and cluster of 2 CUCM

After i shutdown 1 IPCCX the secondary takes his place and everthing is working fine.

then I restart the secondary and is not working anymore(the primary IPCCX is shutdown)
