CUCM 7 and Ldap Windows 2003

I integrate the CUCM with an external windows 2003 ldap, everything is working ok, but i have two doubts about it.

When I delette a user in the active directory the end user goes to inactive, is there any way to delete from the CUCM 7?, and If I install a Unity Connection 7, May I use the same end user ?

To answer your first question, the user goes into 'Inactive' stage for 24 hours and is then removed automatically from CommManager. This is known as 'tombstoning'.
