RME4.1.1: Synchronization of archive fails after database recovery

Hello,

recently my customer did a database recovery because DFM database was corrupted. After a successful recovery synchronization of the config archive fails. Most times there is a problem in getting the running config of the device. But sending the command "sh run" via device center works fine. What could be the cause of this problem?

The two are unrelated. DFM has nothing to do with RME. What did your customer do, exactly to recover DFM?

Hello Joe,

the customer did a recovery according to the manual (from online help). The topic is: restoring data on Windows. I just requested the logfile from the customer. Maybe that might be useful for further troubleshooting.
