How to identify the switch module supports POE.Does (RJ45)mean it supports POE.

Usually you will see a "V" or "AF" in the module name.

RJ45 specifies the type of port you have. For a module to support POE, it should display the letter "V" at the end of the line card model when you do a "show mod".
