PIX-515E Restricted License HELP

hi,

I just got a request that a company has a PIX-515E with restricted License.

They want an upgrade to a Unrestricted License in order to operate with the features it comes with.

What can i offer or what might the solution be for this request?

- Does a Cisco Gold Partner get it for free or either Premier and Gold have to order and pay for the upgrade from restricted to unrestricted licenses.

They can purchase the upgrade (part # PIX-515-SW-R-UR=). Partners do not get it free so the customer will have to buy it.
