CDR for Customer Reports Package

Hello all,

I'm trying to pull usage statistics for a 1-800 number that we own. How do I pull this information down from CUCM using the CAR tool? I can't seem to find the right report that gives me what I need. For instance, I'm looking for statistics per day/month that show Attempted Calls, Completed Calls, Percent Complete, etc. We are using CUCM 4.2(3)

CAR doesn't go that far. it does not have that kind of information natively, it will only show you the calls, not any percentage or completed, etc.

you need a 3rd pary billing SW if you need all that

Well honestly, if I could get that, I'd be in good shape. Where can I pull that info from. Not too familiar with CAR yet.
