check to see if you have an entry in your radius server for this AP.

you need to add a new aaa host with teh AP name and bvi IP ....add as RADIUS-AIRONET

what radius server is this? 10.138.215.58

cisco acs? ias? or steelbelted?

Hi Navinder,

do You see any messages in the log on the Radius-Server?

On a Cisco ACS, the "Failed Attempts Log" gives You very detailed information on what went wrong. If it states "Unknown NAS", then the suggestion about the missing aaa host is probably right.

Greets,

Sebastian
